Standard UK Delivery takes 1-3 working days from receiving confirmation & payment of your order.
Your order will be sent out through the most appropriate means (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) – depending upon weight, size and destination.
Please note it is not possible for you to collect your order in person.
A signature may be required on receipt of your order, you have the right to refuse to sign for a delivery you feel is unacceptable or that has been tampered with, by signing for your order you agree that it is in acceptable condition .
Bank Holidays may delay your order by up to one working day.
Delivery to Jersey: Some orders may experience delays at Customs, you will be liable for any Customs duties.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been accepted, we aim to despatch your items within 24hrs. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order has been despatched. You can track the progress of existing orders and view historical orders in your account section on our site. All of our order are despatched via the most appropriate means.
Gift Wrapping
All orders placed on the Zooluu website will be gift wrapped at no additional charge.
Gift wrapped items entail a fabric/organza bag tied up with ribbon for jewellery,wrapping paper & ribbon for scarves and pretty decorative envelopes for gift vouchers.
Returns
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This right applies to all goods purchased on this website except for products marked (*) and any pierced products, such as Earrings and Belly Bars, these are excluded because of current Health & Hygiene Regulations.
If the items you have ordered through our website are unsuitable or damaged please send it complete with your order reference, and goods to be returned in their original packaging, to the address below with 21 days of the date the order was placed.
Once received your return will be processed and a refund will be given (minus the original delivery charge) or if requested we will issue an exchange for an alternate product of equal or lesser value. Some of our products are non-returnable this includes all Pierced products and Sale items.
The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend the use of a service that insures the value of the goods and that you complete the enclosed certificate of posting to be stamped by Royal Mail when sending your return.
Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery
